

The firm isn't bringing any huge changes to the OS, as it is still addressing bugs and reliability concerns that are being reported by users running the Dev channel builds, while prepping the builds for the Beta channel. When it does make it to the OS, it will happen through the Amazon Store that will be housed within the Microsoft Store. However, the ability to run Android apps, something that the firm announced during the Windows 11 unveil event, is yet to be added. The improvements include a better UI for the system tray, along with a new visual cue for when an app requires attention on the taskbar thanks to a background task. The cumulative update brings with it - among other things - improvements to the taskbar UI and the system tray, adding subtle design improvements, in line with the Windows 11 experience.
